Creating Connections: Racing Youth Evenings at The Racing Centre

At The Racing Centre, we know that life in the racing industry can be exciting, fast-paced, and full of opportunity - but it can also be demanding, especially for those starting their careers. That’s why we’re proud to launch our Racing Youth Evenings - relaxed social events for young people aged 16–24 working in and around Newmarket’s racing community.

On Friday 29th August, Tuesday 9th September, and Tuesday 23rd September, from 6:00–8:00pm, The Racing Centre will open its doors for an evening of small games, free food and drinks, and a chance to explore all the facilities and services we offer.

Whether you fancy a game of table tennis, darts, or pool, want to try your hand at console gaming, or just enjoy a bite to eat with friends, these evenings are about bringing people together in a safe, welcoming environment.

But it’s not just about the fun. Our team will be on hand to show you the range of support available at The Racing Centre, from our fully equipped gym and sports facilities to wellbeing services, training opportunities, and community events. We believe in supporting the whole person - on and off the track - and these evenings are a great first step for young racing professionals to connect, learn, and relax.
