Ian Howell

Ian brings a wealth of experience from both his time working at The Racing Centre and his long-standing career in the horseracing industry. A strong advocate for mental health, holistic wellbeing, and physical fitness, he will lead the Ambassador Programme by combining his deep knowledge of the Centre with a shared commitment to our charitable objectives.

Tory Hayter

Tory is an experienced racing professional and current Assistant Trainer at James Ferguson Racing, bringing hands-on yard expertise and leadership to the team. Previously part of Ed Dunlop’s operation in Newmarket, she progressed to assistant level. Tory has also earned a Level 1 Coaching Qualification through the British Racing School, reflecting her commitment to developing staff and horsemanship standards across the sport. Earlier in her career she also trained pointers.
