NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Racing Centre (“the Charity”) will be held at:

Date: Thursday, 11th September 2025

Time: 1:00pm

Venue: The Racing Centre, Fred Archer Way, Newmarket, CB8 8NT

to transact the following business:

1.       To receive and consider the Trustees’ Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2025.

2.       To appoint/re-appoint Trustees retiring by rotation in accordance with the Articles of Association.

3.       To appoint auditors/independent examiners for the coming year.

4.       To transact any other business of which due notice has been given.

Notes:

·         A member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. The proxy form must be completed and returned to the Secretary not less than 48 hours before the meeting.

·         Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be available at the meeting and may be requested in advance from the Charity’s office.

·         A quorum of three members is required for the meeting to proceed.
