Hour of Power is a dynamic workout-to-music bringing the upper and lower body into true fitness and energy balance. The class will allow you to achieve a high level of total-body fitness in a short amount of time and is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Mid Anglia School of Taekwon-Do is affiliated with Authentic Centres for Excellence of Taekwon-do. (A.C.E.) They teach authentic ITF Taekwon-do.

Master, Derek Blackburn, is a 7th degree, internationally recognised Taekwondo instructor, with over 30 years of Taekwondo experience.

Boogies Babes is a brilliantly fun, Netmums award-winning dance class featuring plenty of pom-pom shaking, bubble bursting, sausage sizzling, teddy tumbling action.

Suitable for those who’ve just learned to walk, right the way up to school age, the mixture of dancing, singalong songs and exciting games improves coordination, encourages interaction with other children, boosts confidence and provides fitness and fun!

Classes are run by Luan and are designed to encourage Covid safe practices and social distancing.

Get ready to burn calories and boost your fitness level in this moderate to this high-intensity class. Motivating music will provide the soundtrack as you cycle your way through multiple terrains designed to improve cardio endurance, lose weight and strengthen your legs and core. And because you control the resistance and speed, your fitness is in your hands. When it comes to group exercise classes, this one is as easy as riding a bike.

This interval-based step class combines bodyweight and strength training. Blast off some fat with high-intensity cardio bursts. Hiitstep will certainly improve your endurance and get you into an ultimate shape.

Possibly the longest-running Martial Arts club in the area, as SESMA has been teaching Karate, Tae-wondo, and Kickboxing in Newmarket for over 20 years.

Little City is an entirely mobile role play City for the under 5’s to explore, discover and enjoy. Utilising bespoke backdrops and specially selected high-quality toys and equipment, your child can fully immerse themselves in their own world.

Toddlers and pre-schoolers are our biggest observers: they have watched us as adults go to the supermarket, post letters in the Post Office and style our hair. At Little City they can ‘be’ grownups: where nothing is off-limits, they can be the hairdresser, the mechanic, the bespoke builder, the café owner and much, much more.

​Little City is aimed at under 5s and is open to the entire community.
