We’re racing to help Ukraine
We’re assisting racing in providing aid for the crisis in Ukraine.
A convoy of horseboxes will leave the UK on the 10 April, the day after the Grand National, to set out to deliver supplies for both humans and horses to its border with Poland.
The incentive has the backing of some big racing names like A P McCoy. Trainers on the mission include Dom Ffrench Davis and Gay Kelleway, champion jockey Oisin Murphy will be steering another while Heather Main’s husband, James, will be setting up a temporary veterinary clinic when they are there.
